Returns for Defective Products Only

At Mindowigs, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns only for defective or damaged items received.

What Qualifies as Defective?

A product is considered defective if it:

  • Arrives damaged during shipping
  • Has manufacturing defects (e.g., excessive shedding, broken lace, incorrect color)
  • Does not match the product description on our website
  • Is missing parts or accessories

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Products damaged due to improper use or care

How to Report a Defective Product

  1. Contact us at support@mindowigs.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Include clear photos or videos showing the defect
  4. Describe the issue in detail

Resolution Options

Once we verify the defect, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost
  • Refund: Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: Credit for a future purchase (if preferred)

Return Shipping

For verified defective products:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • You are not responsible for return shipping costs
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please:

  1. Contact us to report the issue (if defective)
  2. Receive a refund or store credit
  3. Place a new order for your preferred item

Important Notes

  • All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn and in original condition
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our defect criteria
  • Due to high international shipping costs, we cannot accept returns for change of mind

Quality Assurance

Every wig is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. We carefully package each item to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a defective product, we will make it right.
