30-Day Return Window
Your Hair, Your Rules — and that includes making sure you love what you receive. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We will process your return request within 48 hours.
Full Refund — Unopened / Unworn Items
We offer a full refund on items that are in original unopened packaging, unworn and unaltered (tags attached, lace uncut, no styling), returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.
Exchange — Quality Issues
If you discover a manufacturer defect or quality issue, we'll exchange it. Email support@mindowigs.com within 30 days with photos or video of the defect.
⚠️ Hygiene Policy — Worn Wigs
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, bleached, dyed, chemically treated, cut, or heat-styled.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and reship at no charge.
